Anne, CEO and founder of Caprē Group, has defined her career with a passion for marketing innovation, harnessing this passion to build Caprē into an organization that fosters a high performance team, client focus, and values work-life balance. Prior to Caprē Group, Anne’s success included executive positions with The Coca-Cola Company, Exxon/Mobil, Price Waterhouse Coopers and M&M Mars across a wide range of functions including shopper and consumer marketing, strategic planning, large-scale change initiatives, interactive marketing, CRM and technology innovation. Anne remains committed to keeping Caprē Group ahead of the curve and integral to clients’ success.
As a Vice President of Caprē, Peter is a proven strategic marketing specialist and innovator, sharing world best practices with clients to drive sustainable growth. His extensive consumer and brand marketing subject matter expertise was developed over many years of working in a wide variety of roles at senior levels, both for, and as an advisor to the world’s leading CPG companies. He brings a passion for collaboration and empowerment that enables strategic and tactical change. Along the way, Peter followed his entrepreneurial passion, successfully owning and operating a chain of restaurants, honing his skills as a leader and developer of people. His most recent role prior to Caprē involved developing and delivering broad negotiation strategy and capability to clients in CPG, Retail and Finance sectors in Europe and the Americas.
Scott is a results-driven marketing and sales professional, experienced in shaping brand, shopper and customer strategies into winning sales plans. Possessing a deep category management skill set, he has a proven track record of unlocking new sources of profit for clients. His collaborative problem solving skills enable him to deliver solid results across complex organizations. Before joining Caprē Group, he worked as a consultant for Kurt Salmon Associates and at The Coca-Cola Company focusing on category planning and shopper marketing. He received his MBA from the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and his BA from American University.
Scott is an experience strategic marketer and sales strategy leader who leverages his extensive experience in collaboration with clients to deliver immediately actionable growth-oriented solutions. Prior to joining Caprē Group, Scott let the Customer Strategy and Insights team at Georgia-Pacific, where he facilitated change in the Sales Strategy group by developing multiple go-to-market capabilities, including Commercial Innovation and Portfolio Strategy resulting in an elevated relationship status with key retail partners. Previously, Scott helped create value for organizations such as The Coca-Cola Company, ConAgra, Blockbuster and Dell computer, by discovering and applying insight to the development of brand, business and customer strategy.
An accomplished brand marketer, Laurel brings expertise in connecting brands to shoppers in retail. She has driven business results for world-class companies including The Procter & Gamble Company and The Coca-Cola Company. Her unique combination of brand and shopper expertise has led to successful introduction of new brands from consumer insight to retail execution. At The Coca-Cola Company, she served as an industry pioneer in shopper marketing, launching a world-class shopper insights capability for the organization.
Throughout her over 20 year career, Carol has helped leading companies streamline processes and systems. She is an expert on improving the process and systems components of marketing solutions for clients. As a process, methodology and systems consultant with Accenture she helped companies such as Frito Lay, Snapper Power Equipment, CIBA Vision and Equifax Services improve business alignment and performance to achieve maximum efficiency. At The Home Depot, she led efforts to create business improvement processes and systems, including a chain-wide launch of an inventory management process resulting in significant annual savings for the organization.
Scott is an entrepreneurial leader with extensive and diverse consumer package goods experience across all channels of trade. Prior to joining Caprē Group, Scott drove his success through significant experience in developing, building and deploying category management, shopper insights, shopper marketing and eCommerce capabilities across numerous Fortune 500 CPG companies such as Georgia-Pacific, HJ Heinz, Frito-Lay, Dannon and Henkel/Dial. A consummate student of the business, Scott seeks creative solutions to the complexity of Big Data throughout the Path to Purchase. With a deep understanding of the critical needs of senior level relationships, he led the development and execution of the collaborative JBP process at providing enhanced value to customers.
Kristi has built her career around international marketing with expertise in product development, interactive marketing and strategy at companies such as UPS and Colgate-Palmolive. Kristi managed a variety of global technology products at UPS, including the launch of a suite of new products and sales initiatives to improve the customer experience and drive UPS growth. Most recently, Kristi has leveraged her strong analytical and project management skills to lead a variety of shopper marketing engagements with leading CPG firms to successful outcomes.
An experienced marketing and management professional, Kyle has spent his career driving innovative marketing solutions for global consumer brands, and is credited with founding the field of habit marketing, an approach for becoming the consumer’s automatic, unconscious choice by shaping attitudes and behaviors toward habit formation. This unique perspective into shopper behavior, combined with nearly a decade of consulting experience at both A.T. Kearney and his own boutique firm, allows Kyle to provide Caprē Group clients with cutting-edge insights and strategy grounded in actionable recommendations. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
Diana Retter has worked with a variety of Caprē Group clients in her role as Consultant, including numerous Collaborative Planning and Insights Activation engagements. Diana earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and her MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Diana provides clients with strategic direction on category and Joint Business Planning strategy and is very strong in identifying persuasive Path-to-Purchase insights and innovative in-store activations. Diana excels in data analysis and synthesis, insights creation, communications and deliverable development, ultimately delivering high quality results for clients.
Coco is a strategic marketing professional with demonstrated expertise building revenue-generating programs & strategies with a specialty in bringing innovative, tailored solutions to life. Coco earned her BA from Rice University and her MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. She excels in gathering insights, crafting compelling stories, developing digital growth strategies, and delivering high quality results for clients. And she particularly enjoys observing the delighted looks on clients faces after a work session with Caprē Group.
