Anne Chambers
Anne, CEO and founder of The Caprē Group, has defined her career with a passion for marketing innovation, harnessing this passion to build Capre into an organization that fosters a high performance team, client focus, and values work-life balance. Prior to The Capre Group, Anne’s success included executive positions with The Coca-Cola Company, Exxon/Mobil, Price Waterhouse Coopers and M&M Mars across a wide range of functions including shopper and consumer marketing, strategic planning, large-scale change initiatives, interactive marketing, CRM and technology innovation. Anne remains committed to keeping The Capre Group ahead of the curve and integral to clients’ success.
Patrick Fitzmaurice
Patrick is a proven, results driven senior marketer who delivers successful retail and customer strategies. His business results focus is based on extensive experience from both corporate and entrepreneurial perspectives, including leadership roles in sales and marketing at companies such as Unilever, Nielsen and Donnelley Marketing, as well as successful business building in several company start-ups.
Laurel Kimbrough
An accomplished brand marketer, Laurel brings expertise in connecting brands to shoppers in retail. She has driven business results for world-class companies including The Procter & Gamble Company and The Coca-Cola Company. Her unique combination of brand and shopper expertise has led to successful introduction of new brands from consumer insight to retail execution. At The Coca-Cola Company, she served as an industry pioneer in shopper marketing, launching a world-class shopper insights capability for the organization.
Deanne Vanke
Deanne has created success across consumer, shopper and customer marketing initiatives. At The Coca-Cola Company, Deanne developed brand and portfolio strategies, working cross-functionally to capture volume and equity-driving opportunities. As part of the ZymanGroup, Deanne has advised a wide variety of companies, helping to develop shopper marketing research and segmented merchandising programs, brand strategies and value propositions, strategic customer plans, and executional strategy. Deanne brings a high-energy, collaborative, and results-oriented approach to her work, with a complete focus on client needs and end results.
Kristi Roche
Kristi has built her career around international marketing with expertise in product development, interactive marketing and strategy at companies such as UPS and Colgate-Palmolive. Kristi managed a variety of global technology products at UPS, including the launch of a suite of new products and sales initiatives to improve the customer experience and drive UPS growth. Most recently, Kristi has leveraged her strong analytical and project management skills to lead a variety of shopper marketing engagements with leading CPG firms to successful outcomes.
Carol Mulford
Throughout her over 20 year career, Carol has helped leading companies streamline processes and systems. She is an expert on improving the process and systems components of marketing solutions for clients. As a process, methodology and systems consultant with Accenture she helped companies such Frito Lay, Snapper Power Equipment, CIBA Vision and Equifax Services improve business alignment and performance to achieve maximum efficiency. At The Home Depot, she led efforts to create business improvement processes and systems, including a chain-wide launch of an inventory management process resulting, in significant annual savings for the organization.
Steve Amos
Steve is an accomplished marketing executive with corporate and entrepreneurial experience in strategy, management, marketing and operations. He has extensive knowledge in the application of category and consumer analysis for the development of business and advertising strategies across multiple industries. Having worked at such CPG category leaders as Revlon, L’Oreal and Kraft Foods, he has led multiple product launches through each stage of the product lifecycle – research, concept and marketing plan development, sell-in, rollout and post launch analysis for several national brands and businesses.
Curtis Gropman
Curtis has spent 20 years within the CPG industry transforming key customer relationships and building team capabilities. His professional experience spans both field execution and Corporate strategy across multiple channels of trade. Before joining Capre, he spent 14 years within the Coca-Cola system holding a variety of senior leadership positions ranging from VP of customer teams to VP of Category Management Services for North America. Curtis’ strengths include strategic customer management, leveraging fact-based insights to grow brands and profits as well as simplifying complex messages through compelling and engaging communication.
